UN condemns terrorist attack in Iran

The spokesman for the UN Secretary General, Stephane Dujarric, condemned the terrorist attack in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz, which caused 15 deaths and 27 injured persons.
Report informs, citing foreign media, that expressing his sympathy for the people and government of Iran, the spokesman said: ‘We are aware of the Shiraz attack and we condemn it. Any terrorist attack deserves condemnation’.
Iranian authorities reported that the attack occurred in the holy shrine of Shah-e-Cheragh, when an armed man began shooting at the faithful gathered there.
