Ukrainian MoD: "Speed of advance of Russian troops significantly reduced"

"The speed of the advance of Russian troops has significantly reduced," the Ukrainian Defense Ministry wrote on its Facebook page on the 13th day of the war, Report informs.

"The defence of Chernihiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv and the southern borders of our country continues. The Ukrainian Air Defense Forces successfully prevent the occupier's missile and air attack. The Russian service members are looting the Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv and Kyiv and committing violence in these provinces. In the cities of Kherson and Mykolaiv, ten tactical, psychological groups have been created to conduct propaganda among the locals.

"To intimidate the population in the north of Crimea, Russia's Federal Security Service is spreading information that the Ukrainian forces will carry out an attack and are creating resistance groups," the statement said.
