"Russia may declare martial law," the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
According to the Directorate, the reorganization of the country's economy and military-industrial complex indicates that Russia is preparing for a long-term war.
