Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba addressed the partner countries at the Ukrainian breakfast organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation in Davos, Report informs, citing Ukrinform.
He said that Ukraine's partners should abandon the concept of avoiding escalation: "Because during the two years of the war, many opportunities have been lost."
"We were told from day one, 'don't escalate,' and many opportunities were lost because of that. The events of the last two years have shown that this concept is harmful," the minister stressed.
Kuleba pointed out that it was because of this concept that the partners postponed the necessary decisions: "I ask the partners to make a decision without delay and long discussions. Every day, when something is discussed, someone dies in Ukraine."
