Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has commented on Russia’s departure from the Council of Europe, Report informs, citing his Twitter account.
“No place for Russia in European bodies as it wages a barbaric war of aggression against Ukraine and commits multiple war crimes,” he tweeted.
