Ukrainian Defense Ministry: Russia focused on strengthening previously occupied territories 

Over the past day, 4 planes and 3 helicopters of the Russian Armed Forces were destroyed, Report informs, citing the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Facebook page.

"The occupying forces did not have significant success in conducting offensive operations in all areas of deployment. The main efforts of the occupiers were focused on strengthening the previously occupied frontiers. They were found to be using civilian facilities, including religious sites, to supply weapons and military equipment. The moral and psychological condition of the other side remains low. Thus, the Russian military refuses to carry out the command orders.

"According to official information, the military camp of the Belgorod Military Commandant's Office is located in the Russian city of Belgorod. There are wounded soldiers in the camp. Some of them refuse to fight again," the ministry said.

According to one of the high-ranking officials of the special operations forces of the Republic of Belarus, special forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus will not take part in the war with Ukraine.
