Ukrainian army may receive improved version of Turkish Bayraktar drones

Türkiye is considering the issue of transferring Bayraktar Akinci drones to Ukraine, Haluk Bayraktar, general director of Baykar, said in an interview with Radio Liberty, Report informs via TASS.
“As for Bayraktar Akinci, this issue is under consideration,” he said.
According to Bayraktar, to produce such a drone in Ukraine, a company must have permission from the Turkish government.
“Defense cooperation requires government approvals, and we have that permission. Therefore, the Akinci issue is under review, this is what I can say about it,” the head of the company added.
