Ukrainian Army counterattacks near Kharkiv, Izyum

The Ukrainian Army has launched counter-offensive operations in Kharkiv and Izyum, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhnyi said, Report informs.

He also noted that Russia is concentrating its forces near Luhansk, especially in Popasna, Kreminna and Torske.

Zaluzhnyi briefed his American counterpart, General Mark Milley, about the developments.
