Ukrainian ambassador: Russians withdrew because Bayraktars did not leave them alone

"Russians withdrew because Ukraine’s Bayraktars didn’t leave them alone,” Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkiye, Vasyl Bodnar, posted on Twitter, Report informs.

“Snake Island is one of the symbols of this war. The Russians said they were withdrawing their troops as a "goodwill gesture." In fact, they withdrew because the shots fired from the Ukrainian "Bayraktar" did not leave them alone. Snake Island is burning but the invader's foot does not step on it,” the ambassador tweeted.

Today, Ukraine’s Operational Command South announced the liberation of Snake Island. Russian Defense Ministry also confirmed the information.
