Ukraine and the United States may sign an agreement on rare earth metals as early as today, April 30, First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko is currently in Washington, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.
At the moment, the American and Ukrainian sides are agreeing on the final technical details of the document.
