Ukraine secures $60 billion annual military support

Ukraine Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has announced that the country will receive an astounding $60 billion in annual military support, according to Report, which cites RBC Ukraine.

This substantial aid comes as a result of 20 security agreements Ukraine has successfully negotiated with partner countries.

During a government meeting, Shmyhal emphasized the importance of these agreements, stating, "Parallel to our peace initiatives, we are strengthening cooperation with partners because only a strong coalition can ensure our victory. Ukraine has already signed 20 security agreements with allies, including the EU and the US."

He said these security pacts represent a unique opportunity for Ukraine, opening new avenues for collaboration in the defense sector and laying the groundwork for future security in peacetime. The agreements are set to provide a consistent flow of military support over the next four years, the prime minister said.
