Ukraine reports increase in children's deaths due to war

At least 226 children have been killed, and over 415 have been wounded in hostilities in Ukraine, the country's general prosecutor's office said in a statement.
Report informs, citing Ukrainian media, that these figures are not final as work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and the liberated territories.
"The figure is the highest -- 139 -- in Donetsk oblast, 116 in Kyiv oblast, 99 in Kharkiv oblast, 68 in Chernihiv oblast, 46 in Kherson oblast, 44 in Mykolaiv oblast, 28 in Zaporizhzhia oblast, 17 in Sumy oblast, 16 in Kyiv, 15 in Zhytomyr oblast," the statement reads.
