Ukraine receives unique machine for demining liberated territories

Ukraine received a unique vehicle - Armtrac 400 - for demining territories. Currently, the vehicle is used for demining the liberated settlements of the Kharkiv region, Report informs via RBC Ukraine.

The device was purchased thanks to donors from all over the world through the UNITED24 platform. This is the first Armtrac 400 demining vehicle in Ukraine. The cost of such a vehicle is more than 18 million hryvnias.

A fundraising campaign has been started on the UNITED24 platform to purchase another mine-clearing vehicle.

Armtrac 400 can clear more than 2,400 square meters of territory per hour. The machine neutralizes explosive residues at a depth of 55 cm, and a reliable design protects it from anti-tank mines weighing up to 10 kg.
