Ukraine receives €2 billion in macro-financial assistance from EU

“Ukraine today received the first €2 billion under the €5 billion exceptional macro-financial assistance of EU,” Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
According to him, the funds will help support the Ukrainian economy: “Grateful to Ursula von der Leyen and Valdis Dombrovskis for standing with us. We will win and rebuild Ukraine together.”
