Ukraine Presidential Office names conditions for starting negotiations with Russia

Without the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine, negotiations with Moscow will end in a fatal outcome for everyone, adviser to the head of Ukraine Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

"There is only one way to end this war: - Military defeat of Russia, territories returning to Ukraine, tribunal for the criminals, the beginning of Russia's transformation.

"The will to win is needed just as much as weapons. 'Compromises' will have catastrophic consequences for humanity," he tweeted.
