Ukraine General Staff: Russia's attack in several directions repelled

The Russian Armed Forces continued their efforts to control the occupied territories in the direction of Kharkiv and prevent the advance of Ukraine troops, the General Staff of Ukraine said in daily operative information.

Report informs quoting from the information that the Russian Armed Forces carried out an air attack near Bogorodicni: "The Ukrainian military successfully repelled the enemy's attack in the direction of Krasnopillia. Air strikes were carried out near thermal power plants in many locations. The enemy's next attack attempt in the direction of Maryinka was completely unsuccessful. They had to retreat under the fire of our soldiers. In the Black and Azov seas, the enemy's naval group focused its main efforts on hitting important military and civil infrastructure objects with cruise missiles, preventing the movements of the forces and equipment of the Navy and the State Border Service of Ukraine. The Kalibr cruise missile systems were kept ready on the seas."
