Turkiye purchases half of natural gas from Russia - Erdogan

We buy 50% of the natural gas we currently use from Russia. These are relations of strategic importance for us. We cannot sever these relations, President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, Report informs.

“On the other hand, we are in cooperation with Ukraine in the field of food. If someone is a guarantor of stability in the region, it is Turkiye. We must protect it,” the head of state said.
