Türkiye detains 9 FETO members

Nine people were detained as a result of an operation conducted against the FETO terrorist organization in Izmir, Türkiye, Report informs via Sabah.

In addition to Izmir, an operation against the secret military structure of the group was organized in 4 cities.

9 suspects were detained during the operation. It was learned that 1 of the suspects for whom an arrest warrant was issued was a colonel, 1 was a junior officer, and 1 was a sergeant. The arrested suspects were brought to the gendarmerie headquarters to take their statements.
