Türkiye appeals to NATO allies for support in fight against terrorism

Türkiye has requested help from NATO allies in the fight against terrorism.

As Report informs, this was stated by the Minister of National Defense of Türkiye, Yaşar Güler, in his congratulations to Turkish personnel serving in NATO on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

He noted that the stronger the member countries, the stronger the organization: "In this regard, as important as strengthening the alliance is, it is equally necessary for allies to act in the spirit of unity and solidarity. It is important that allies also support the efforts of our country, which is successfully fighting against many terrorist organizations."

The minister emphasized that Türkiye will continue to contribute to regional and global security, peace, and stability in accordance with NATO's security policy and strategic goals.
