Turkish, US defense ministers mull cooperation

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar held a telephone conversation with his US counterpart Lloyd Austin, according to the press service of the Turkish National Ministry of Defense, Report informs referring to Anadolu Agency.
The parties reportedly exchanged views on bilateral and regional cooperation, as well as interaction in the field of defense and security.
They stressed the importance of strengthening military ties between the two countries through closer cooperation and coordination.
