Turkish troops neutralize 2,237 terrorists since start of 2023

Since the beginning of 2023, the Turkish military has eliminated 2,237 terrorists, with the number of neutralized terrorists reaching 36 over the past week, Report informs, citing the weekly bulletin of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

The ministry emphasized that anti-terrorist operations were carried out not only in Türkiye, but also in northern Iraq and Syria.

In addition, over the past week, 118 people were detained near the Turkish border while attempting to illegally cross the border.
