Turkish scholar: Armenian diaspora is presenting terrorist organization it founded to world as peaceful organization

The most successful thing that the Armenian diaspora has achieved is establishing terrorist organizations and presenting them as peaceful to the world, Esma Ozdasli, an associate professor at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, said in a statement to Report.

According to the scholar, who emphasized that the Armenian terrorist organization ANCA (The Armenian National Committee of America) and similar entities constantly slander Azerbaijan, as well as the Turkic people, it is possible to fight such unjust activities with the science-based joint activity of the Turkic world:

"Unity is strength. All Turkic states must act together. For example, the genocide committed by Armenian Dashnaks against Uzbeks and other Muslim populations in the Fergana Valley at the beginning of the century is almost never mentioned. The roots of the Armenian atrocities committed in Anatolia in 1915 and in Baku in 1918 go back much further, and their grave consequences continue to this day."

Ozdasli emphasized that the Russian Empress Catherine issued a decree to protect Armenians in 1768. The establishment of successive organizations that spread discord and corruption, such as the Armenian political institute Armenikan in 1885, the Hunchak in 1887, and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation - Dashnaktsutyun/EIFD in 1890, has historical roots.

"These should be studied and publicized. As Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said, one nation cannot have two diasporas. The diaspora of the entire Turkic world should unite and we should jointly activate our scientific activities in this field. The joint diaspora activities of the Turkic world can be carried out under the umbrella of the Organization of Turkic States."
