Turkish, Russian foreign ministers mull cooperation in phone call

Foreign Minister of Turkiye and Russia Mevlut Cavusoglu and Sergey Lavrov have had a telephone conversation, the Russian foreign ministry said on Twitter.
According to Report, the ministers discussed plans for cooperation between the foreign ministries for 2023, including further coordination of steps to promote the Syrian settlement.
