Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the situation around the grain deal with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on October 31, Report informs referring to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
“The situation around the grain deal, the latest developments in the Caucasus and cooperation within the 3+3 regional platform were discussed,” the report says.
