"Russia and Ukraine have different positions," Minister of National Defence of Turkiye Hulusi Akar said at the 13th conference of Turkish Ambassadors, Report informs.
"We think that the grain agreement will continue. Russia may be moving towards Kharkiv. At the same time, there is a nuclear risk," he stressed.
