Consul general of Turkey in Saint Petersburg Mehmer Ferhan Yorulmaz has died, Report informs, citing Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu’s Twitter page.
Mehmet Ferhan Yorulmaz was appointed as consul general of Turkey in Saint Petersburg on October 15, 2020.
