Turkish Armed Forces neutralize 8 PKK/YPG terrorists in Syria

Turkish Armed Forces neutralized eight militants of the YPG terrorist organization (a Syrian wing of PKK) in northern Syria, Report informs, citing the Twitter page of the National Defense Ministry.
According to the information, the militants attempted to penetrate the area of anti-terrorist operations Peace Spring and Euphrate Shield. PKK terrorists commit crimes in Turkey to destabilize the situation and cause a split in the country.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said earlier that from 1984 when the PKK terrorists committed the first crime in Turkey until March 2020, the terrorist organization had killed 7,500 Turkish security officers and 6,800 civilians.
