Turkey's Antalya sees first snow in 29 years

Snow has fallen to Antalya, a resort city in Turkey's south, for the first time in 29 years.
Report informs, citing Turkish media, that the snowfall began at 03:00 am local time.
The last time such a heavy snowfall hit Antalya was on January 7, 1993, when the snow thickness reached 5 cm.
The snow blanket has covered several cities in Turkey and paralyzed traffic in the country's biggest city, Istanbul.
