Turkiye appoints new ambassador to Georgia

Ali Kaan Orbay has been appointed Turkiye's new ambassador to Georgia, Report informs, citing the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Prior to his appointment, Ali Kaan Orbay served as First Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Austria. He replaced Fatma Ceren Yazgan in the new position.
Fatma Ceren Yazgan had been Turkiye's ambassador to Georgia since 2017.
