Turkey and Armenia may appoint special representatives to normalize ties between the countries, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.
"In the nearest future, we, with Armenia, will appoint special representatives to take steps to normalize relations. We will also open charter flights with the capital of Armenia, Yerevan," the minister said.
He added that each step in this direction would be taken jointly with Azerbaijan.
