Speaking at the OTS summit, the Kazakh leader stressed the need to form the 'digital transportation system' which will optimize the procedure of cargo execution, facilitate prompt exchange of transport documentation and ensure alternatives for the entry to the international market.

"Our countries connect West and East, North and South. Therefore, in the current transitional period, the development of the transport and trasit communications, particularly, the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, running through the territories of three fraternal states - Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkiye, acquires an utmost importance," Tokayev said.
