Three civilians killed in drone strike on Russia's Belgorod region – governor

The governor of Russia's Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that three civilians had been killed in a Ukrainian drone strike on a sanatorium in the village of Lavy, close to the Ukrainian border, Report informs, citing Reuters.
