Russia will clarify the details of Armenia's position on the refusal to hold CSTO exercises, said the spokesman of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, Report informs.
He said that the exercises planned in Armenia can be held in the territory of other countries too.
According to information, the Joint Headquarters of the CSTO said it received a signal from Armenia about the inappropriateness of exercises with the CSTO peacekeeping forces in 2023.
