Tehran: Relations with Azerbaijan have entered a new stage

Iranian Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh has called the visit of Azerbaijani Vice Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev a beginning of a new period in the Iranian-Azerbaijani relations.
Report informs, citing Anadolu, that speaking at a press conference, Khatibzade noted that the visit was aimed at the implementation of the previously coordinated projects.
"Owing to the resolute position of both parties, we have left behind the undesirable and useless tension, unleashed through media outlets. The relations between Iran and Azerbaijan have entered a new stage, and this visit is yet another proof of this. Mutual visits on various levels will continue in the nearest future," he added.
