Taliban movement has been removed from the list of prohibited organizations on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, according to Report, which cites AKI Press.
"Such decision was made after thorough study and comprehensive assessment by competent state bodies of the country," the Foreign Ministry said.
"This decision is aimed to strengthen regional stability and maintain a dialogue," the statement said.
"The Kyrgyz Republic remains committed to support of efforts of international community aimed to ensure stability and peace in Afghanistan and the region on the whole," the Foreign Ministry concluded.
