The Russian Foreign Ministry has said the Taliban movement had not been removed from the list of terrorist organizations.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that Moscow said this issue is out of the question yet.
"Removing the Taliban movement from the list of terrorist organizations is not at issue. It requires procedures in line with the UN decision," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The Russian ambassador to Afghanistan said that while the Russian embassy in this country was previously guarded by Afghan security forces, now Talibs have replaced them.
