The new constitution should be adopted without delay, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmus, said in an interview with TV100, Report informs.

The speaker said that discussions have been held with the parties on this issue: "There is a very positive atmosphere. All parties are demanding constitutional amendments. Now is the best time. It should not be delayed."
