Donors are a terrorist threat in Georgia, said Shalva Papuashvili, the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Report informs.
According to him, in the last few days, the representatives of three non-governmental organizations financed by the EU budget threatened the members of the parliament, exposed them to threats and insults, and attacked an MP.
"Donor organizations make terrorism commonplace in Georgia by claiming that they do not see the political extremism of the organizations they finance. It seems that this 'theatre' staged for the media with the participation of angry citizens is actually purposeful. This is a politically motivated terrorist campaign carried out under the name of Europe," Papuashvili wrote on social media.
