Spain offers including Russia in offshore blacklist

Spain proposes to include Russia in the blacklist of offshore countries, Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez said, Report informs referring to foreign media.

“One of the measures that Spain will promote both in the EU and in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is to declare Russia an offshore, including this country in the blacklist of offshore countries,” Sanchez said, speaking to the congress of deputies.
