Sinan Ogan says 'hopeful' election results will be successful for Türkiye, its people

The third-place candidate in Türkiye's first round of presidential elections, Sinan Ogan says he is hopeful the results of the elections will be successful for the country and people and that they will contribute to this.

According to Report, speaking after casting his vote in the second round of elections, Ogan noted that these elections are also important in terms of demonstrating the problems the pressure on people due to their decisions may lead to and the attempts to strip people of their democratic rights.

"Therefore, I would like to note once again that I condemn pressure on chairperson of the IYI Party Meral Aksener and former presidential candidate Muharrem Ince. These elections, unlike others, showed how harmful the pressure campaign is," Ogan said.
