Armenia does not conduct negotiations with any country, does not discuss the installation of any military base, joining any military alliance, Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, told journalists Friday referring to the Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Galuzin's statement, Report informs via News.am.
He called Galuzin’s statement that Armenia provides Westerners with full access to national databases absurd.
