Siberian ulcer spreading in Armenia

In the Chihrak region of Armenia, cases of infection of Siberian ulcers are recorded, Report informs, citing the Facebook page of the Ministry of Health.
“During a study conducted by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the diagnosis of the Siberian ulcer was confirmed in five residents of the Isahakian village of the Shirak province. Thus, as of July 2, 8 Siberian ulcer cases have been confirmed in Gegharkunik and Shirak provinces”.
On June 30, 3 residents of the Gegharkunik province were reportedly infected with the Siberian ulcer.
