Residents of Ukraine's Kharkiv report several explosions. An air-raid warning has been declared in the city and the region, Report informs referring to RBC-Ukraine.
Kharkiv residents heard a series of explosions in the north and north-west of the city, the media report.
Subsequently, the mayor of the city reported on the powerful shelling of Kharkiv from the MLRS. Information about the victims is being specified.
