Serviceman extradited by Azerbaijan to Armenia arrested

The Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia granted a prosecutor's appeal and ruled to arrest Major Narek Yeremyan, a serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces extradited by Azerbaijan, for two months, Yeremyan's advocate Carmen Poghosyan said.
Report informs, citing NEWS.am, that a court had rejected the motion for arrest of deputy commander of a battalion of a military unit, Major Narek Yeremyan, after which the prosecutor had applied to the Criminal Court of Appeal.
Narek Yeremyan is charged with violating the rules of on-duty combat service or combat service and accepts the accusation against him.
