Serhiy Haidai: Liberation of Luhansk may start soon

"The liberation of settlements of the Luhansk region may begin soon," said head of the Luhansk Regional Military–Civil Administration Serhiy Haidai, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the city of Liman in the Donetsk region must be liberated first: "Local residents must be ready for operations to liberate Luhansk. The occupation will end soon."
Haidai said the Russian side is trying to leave the Luhansk region by robbing the local population and looting.
