Sergey Shoygu, Ramil Usubov discuss security in South Caucasus

Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergey Shoygu met with Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov during his working visit to Baku, Report informs via TASS.

"A wide range of issues were discussed. These were security in the South Caucasus. the text of the peace agreement with Armenia, the 10th edition of which was transferred to Yerevan, and of course, very active attempts by the West to interfere in this process," Shoygu told journalists, commenting on the meetings in Baku.

He also added that transport projects, in particular the North-South corridor, were discussed during the working visit.

On August 6, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoygu.
