"The Turkic world feels Turkiye's pain in its heart," Sultan Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkish Culture (TURKSOY), said on Twitter, Report informs.
"First, we donated blood with our colleagues, then we started charity work. These difficult days will pass, my Turkiye. Today we gave our blood. If necessary, we will give our lives. The Turkic world stands with Turkiye!" he tweeted.
