NATO will announce increased support for Georgia at the Madrid summit, said NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, Report informs.
"We will adopt new packages of support for our partners Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Republic of Moldova," he noted.
The Madrid summit will be held on June 28-30. The meeting is expected to adopt a new strategic concept of the Alliance.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will attend the summit. He said today that he hopes the conference will recognize Georgia's achievements in NATO integration.
