Secretary General comments on Armenia's absence from CSTO session

The Secretary General of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization), Imangali Tasmagambetov, commented on Armenia's absence from the organization's session held in Minsk, Belarus, Report informs, citing TASS.
He said that it is pointless to draw definite conclusions from this: "Armenia has been and remains our ally."
