Russian Security Council: West wants to shake up situation in South Caucasus

The West is trying to shake up the situation in the South Caucasus, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said, speaking in Bishkek at a meeting of special representatives of the countries of Central Asia and the European Union on Afghan issues, Report informs referring to TASS.
“We also see the Westerners’ desire to shake up the situation in the South Caucasus, as well as to interfere with the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement, which has led to an aggravation of the situation in these regions,” Patrushev noted.
